Getting Back to Better SEO

The latest Penguin update has a greater impact than its predecessor.  Penguin targets sites with unnatural link profiles, spammy backlinks, advertorial links, and the excessive use of exact-match anchor text.

Link Network Take-Downs

Google has begun to take more extreme action against link farms and networks, resulting in a significant loss of traffic and a decrease in rankings for many webmasters. Throughout the summer, webmasters can expect to see several more announcements about devalued link networks.
